Jason is a super nice guy that knows what he is doing. I had originally scheduled Jason to come on a Friday and had to cancel and reschedule in a 24 hrs period due to circumstances beyond my control. Jason was very accommodating and was able to fit me in the following Monday. He was punctual and took his time going over everything he could. We hired Jason to do a new home warranty inspection we are so glad we did. Among the things he found, broken, cracked or improperly install concrete shingles, the air conditioner wasn't cooling properly and issues with rebar in our foundation rusting from being left exposed.
